Local Carpet Fitter Ltd provides carpet and flooring supply, fitting, and installation services across Hounslow and West London. All work is carried out by experienced, qualified fitters. Services include carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVT, carpet tiles, and stair runners.
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted include supply and fitting unless otherwise stated. A quote is not a binding contract until accepted by both parties in writing or by confirmation of a booking deposit.
A deposit may be required to secure your fitting date and order materials. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We will confirm your fitting date and any deposit requirements at the time of booking.
You may cancel your booking at any time before materials have been ordered. If materials have already been ordered or cut to size, the cost of those materials may not be refundable. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the fitting area is clear of furniture and personal belongings prior to the fitting date unless otherwise agreed. We require clear and safe access to the property. Any subfloor issues will be discussed on-site before work begins.
All fitting work is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of installation. This covers workmanship only — manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials supplied. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, furniture movement, flooding, or general wear and tear.
Local Carpet Fitter Ltd holds public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care during installation to protect your property. Any pre-existing damage must be reported before work begins. We are not responsible for colour variations between samples and delivered materials due to batch differences.
Any personal information you provide is used solely for providing our services and communicating with you. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to us processing your information in accordance with UK data protection laws.
